AGARTALA: The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Tripura, has announced the Special Stray Vacancy Round for NEET PG 2024 counselling to fill the remaining postgraduate medical seats in the state. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official counselling portal.

Eligibility & Registration Fees
Candidates who have not secured a seat in previous rounds of NEET PG 2024 counselling (All India or State Quota) and have a minimum percentile of 5% and above can apply.

Important Guidelines
- Mandatory Choice Filling: Candidates must carefully fill their preferences, as locked choices cannot be changed.
- Compulsory Admission: Candidates allotted a seat must report to the respective college; failure to do so will result in debarment from NEET PG 2025 and forfeiture of the security deposit.
- Document Submission: Submission of false/incomplete documents will lead to disqualification.

The counselling will be conducted for seats at Agartala Government Medical College (AGMC), Tripura Medical College (TMC), and IGM Hospital. The selection process is open for Tripura domicile candidates, as well as those who completed MBBS from AGMC or TMC, regardless of domicile status.
