NTA has revised the NEET UG 2025 exam pattern by eliminating optional questions from Section B. The exam will now consist of 180 multiple-choice questions. The physics and chemistry sections will each include 45 questions, while the biology section will comprise 90 questions. Each section will carry 180 marks, maintaining the total score at 720, consistent with previous years.
