Issue at Hand
- Many students appearing for CBSE Class 12 exams have their language papers on April 2 and Psychology exam on April 4, coinciding with the JEE Main exam dates.
- With Class 12 marks being mandatory for undergraduate admissions, students are compelled to prioritize their board exams, potentially leaving them unable to appear for JEE Main Session 2.
Current Status
- Numerous students and parents have approached CBSE and NTA to request a change in exam timings or dates. However, no official communication has been issued regarding this matter.
- NTA is set to release the JEE Main 2025 Session 2 admit cards on March 29, three days before the first exam date. Candidates must download their admit cards to appear for the exam.
This situation has placed students in a difficult position, forcing them to manage two critical exams within a narrow timeframe.
