The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay will open its MTech admission portal tomorrow, March 27, at 10 am. For admission in 2025, the institute will select candidates based on their GATE scores, written test and interview.
As per IIT Bombay’s MTech admission policy for 2025, candidates must have a valid GATE score to qualify, except for those IIT graduates who meet specific criteria.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates applying for MTech admissions at IIT Bombay in 2025 must fulfil the following eligibility criteria:
Qualifying degree
- BE, BTech, BSc (Engineering)
- Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Planning
- MSc, MCA
- MBBS, BDS, BPharm, BVSc
- BPTh, BOTh, BASLP, Pharma
- Degrees obtained through Associate Membership examinations from recognised professional bodies are also considered, provided they are approved by the Ministry of Education, AICTE, UGC or UPSC.
