NEW DELHI: The Admission Committee for Professional Courses has published the Gujarat Common Entrance Test (GUJCET) 2025 counselling schedule. Counselling will be done in three rounds, and applicants can register for admissions from March 24 at 2 PM onwards. Registration will end on May 20 at 5 PM.
The required documents need to be uploaded by the candidates, and a non-refundable fee of ₹350 needs to be paid.

Eligibility Criteria for GUJCET 2025 Counselling
- For 95% seats in government and grant-in-aid institutions and 50% seats in unaided institutions: Candidates must have completed Class 12 from a recognized board in Gujarat and appeared for GUJCET 2025.
- For 5% seats in government and grant-in-aid institutions: Candidates from schools across India who appeared for JEE Main 2025 are eligible.
- For Centres of Excellence Government Seats: Candidates must have completed their education from a Gujarat-affiliated school and appeared for the relevant entrance exam.
Minimum Qualification for Admission
Candidates applying for engineering colleges in Gujarat must have cleared Class 12 with a minimum of 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) in subjects specified by AICTE and the Government of Gujarat.
Merit List Preparation
- For 5% of seats in government and grant-in-aid institutions: Merit will be based on the All India Rank (AIR) of JEE Main 2025.
- For 95% of government/grant-in-aid seats and 50% of unaided institution seats: The merit list will consider 50% weightage from Class 12 percentile scores in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, and 50% weightage from GUJCET 2025 percentile scores in the corresponding subjects.
