Bihar Board Announces Dates and Times for 10th, 12th Results 2025

Bihar Board will announce the Class 12 results on March 27 and Class 10 results on April 5, 2025, with online and SMS options for checking.

PATNA: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has officially announced the release dates and times for the Bihar Board 10th and 12th Results 2025. As per the notification, the Class 12 (Intermediate) results will be declared on March 27, 2025 (Thursday) at 10 AM, while the Class 10 (Matric) results will be announced on April 5, 2025 (Saturday) at 10 AM.

    The results will be unveiled by the Chairman of BSEB, Mr Anand Kishore, during a press conference in Patna. Following the announcement, students can access their results on the official websites: biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in and results.biharboardonline.com. A direct link will be provided to facilitate easy access, where students can check their results using their roll number and roll code.

    Steps to Check Bihar Board 10th and 12th Results Online:

    1. Visit the official website: biharboardonline.bihar.gov.in or results.biharboardonline.com.
    2. Click on the respective result link: BSEB Intermediate Result 2025 or BSEB Matric Result 2025.
    3. Enter your roll number and roll code in the required fields and submit.
    4. Your result will appear on the screen, which can be downloaded for future reference.

    How to Check Results via SMS:

    Students can also access their results via SMS for added convenience:

    • For Class 12 results: Type BIHAR12 [Roll Number] and send it to 56263.
    • For Class 10 results: Type BIHAR10 [Roll Number] and send it to 56263.

    The result will be delivered via SMS within a few minutes.

    Passing Criteria:

    To pass the Bihar Board examinations, students must secure:

    • At least 30% marks in each subject.
    • For Class 12, students must also achieve a minimum of 40% in practical exams.

    Students who fail to meet these criteria will have the opportunity to appear for compartment exams.
