Who This Applies To
The circular has been addressed to all Principals/Heads of Schools affiliated with CBSE. Copies have also been sent to major institutional bodies for wider dissemination, including Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti, Directorate of Education (Delhi), Eklavya Model Residential Schools, Sainik Schools Society, Army Welfare Education Society (AWES), and education directorates of several states and union territories, among others, with a request to circulate the information to all schools under their jurisdiction.
