Eligible candidates can register through the official website, wbmcc.nic.in. The counselling registration deadline is March 11.

According to WBMCC, only candidates who have not secured or joined any seats in previous counselling rounds may participate in the stray round. Those already allotted seats are ineligible for this round.

“Candidates who have been allotted and joined a seat in AIQ or WB State Counselling cannot participate in this round. Additionally, candidates allotted seats in Round 3 or the Stray Vacancy round by MCC/WBMCC but did not join are also ineligible,” WBMCC stated.

Recently, MCC further reduced the NEET PG qualifying percentile to 5% for all categories to facilitate a special stray round for vacant seats.
