2. Round 3 choice locking is your last chance to change preferences. Whatever choices you lock in Round 3 will also be used for further rounds, including internal sliding. Choose wisely.
3. Round 4 is an auto-freeze round. All candidates will be automatically frozen to their allotted seat in Round 4. Physical reporting becomes mandatory after this.
4. Physical reporting is not optional. Failing to report physically at the allotted institution during the stipulated period means your seat will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
5. Special rounds are for fresh candidates only. If you were allotted a seat in Rounds 1- 4 and did not withdraw, you cannot participate in Special Rounds 1 or 2.
6. No refund in Special Rounds after seat allotment. Once a seat is allotted in Round 6 or Round 7, no refund is provided under any circumstance.
