New Delhi: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will release the NEET MDS 2025 hall ticket on April 15. Applicants registered under the revised eligibility criteria can download their NEET MDS 2025 Admit Card from the official website, natboard.edu.in.
Entrance Exam Overview and Admission Scope
- NEET MDS is the only national-level entrance exam for admission to Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) courses in dental colleges in India.
- The exam score is used to fill 50% of All India Quota (AIQ) and State quota seats in government and private dental colleges as well as Armed Forces Medical Services institutions.
- AIIMS New Delhi is the only exception, as it does not participate in NEET MDS counselling.
Exam Pattern
The exam pattern is given in the table below:
Section | Number of Questions | Time Allotted |
Part A | 100 | 75 minutes |
Part B | 140 | 105 minutes |
NBE has confirmed that both sections will have timed questions as per the revised NEET MDS 2025 exam pattern.
Candidates must complete each section within the allotted time, as the system will prevent them from proceeding to the next section before completing the current one. They cannot review or revise their answers once the time for that section is over.
