About MET 2026 Counselling
The Manipal Entrance Test (MET) seat allotment covers B.Tech admissions across four Manipal Group campuses in India for the academic year 2026–27. MAHE is expected to conduct three rounds of MET counselling 2026.
How to Check MET 2026 Round 1 Seat Allotment
- Visit the official counselling website: counseling.manipal.edu
- Log in using your registered email address and password
- Go to the dashboard and click on the seat allotment link
- Check your allotted seat, branch, and campus details
- Download and save the allotment letter for future reference

Important Points for Allotted Candidates
- Allotted candidates must confirm their admission and pay the first instalment of tuition fees before June 15, 2026. Non-payment by this date will result in automatic cancellation of the allotted seat.
- Round 2 counselling will be announced for candidates not allotted in Round 1 and for seats left vacant after Round 1 confirmation.
- MAHE allows fresh registrations for every round of MET counselling. Candidates who missed Round 1 registration can still register and participate in Round 2 and Round 3.
Scoring & Eligibility
- Seat allotment is based on a 50:50 weightage formula combining MET score and Class 12 PCM marks.
- If students attempt both MET exam sessions, the best score out of the two is considered for admission.
- JEE Main 2026 scores are also accepted by MAHE for Manipal admissions. Candidates who registered through JEE Main scores are also eligible for allotment through the same portal.
