Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Delhi has started online registration for MTech Admission 2025. Candidates pursuing MTech course can apply through the official website (iiitd.ac.in) till April 14, 2025.
IIIT Delhi offers MTech programs in various specializations, including:
- MTech (Research) in CSE
- MTech CSE
- MTech ECE
- MTech CB (via the DBT admission process)
Admissions will be conducted through the IIIT Delhi Postgraduate Computer Science and Engineering Admission Test (PGCAT), scheduled for May 4, 2025.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Candidates who wish to withdraw after securing admission can receive a full refund (minus ₹1,000) by submitting their request before July 4, 2025 (5 PM). Withdrawal requests after this date will result in a refund of only the security deposit (₹10,000).
To withdraw, candidates must email mtech-admissions@iiitd.ac.in and complete the process through the MTech admission portal using their login credentials.
