GGSIPU Physical Reporting 2026 for Offline Courses: Check Details Here

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has announced the schedule for physical reporting for programmes admitted through offline mode for the 2026-27 academic session. Candidates allotted seats in such programmes must report to their respective institutions within the given window.

    What the Notice Says

    As per Notification No. IPU-7/DI(Academic)/Offline Counselling/2026/2428 dated July 3, 2026, all stakeholders have been informed that candidates admitted to programmes conducted in offline mode must report physically to their allotted University Schools of Studies, Centres of Excellence, or affiliated institutions.

    Fee Payment at the Time of Reporting

    Candidates will also be required to deposit the balance fee, if any, at the time of physical reporting at their respective allotted institution. This means candidates should carry the necessary funds and payment details along with them during their reporting days.

    Candidates admitted to offline-mode programmes should:

    • Report to their allotted institution strictly within the July 29–31, 2026 window
    • Carry all required documents along with the balance fee amount, if applicable
    • Confirm reporting requirements with their specific institution in advance, if needed
