The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has extended the Round 1 choice-filling window for UGET 2026 counselling. Candidates who cleared the entrance test and completed document verification can now submit or edit their college and branch preferences within the new timeline announced on the official portal, comedk.org.
The extension comes after COMEDK released the final seat availability and fee structure for Round 1 on 11 July, followed by the mock round cut-off ranks on 14 July. The mock choice-filling round had earlier been held from 11 to 13 July, giving candidates a trial run before the actual choice locking begins.

- Save and lock the preferences within the extended deadline.
