The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has released the mock allotment schedule as part of the Round 1 counselling process for COMEDK UGET 2026.     What is the Mock Allotment?

    • The mock allotment is a practice round conducted before the actual Round 1 seat allotment.
    • It is non-binding, meaning it does not confirm or reserve any seat for the candidate.
    • Candidates can use the mock result to assess which college and branch they are likely to get based on their current rank and preferences.
    • Based on the mock outcome, candidates get an opportunity to revise, reorder, or add new choices before the final Round 1 allotment.

    Key Dates to Note

    • Choice filling for the mock round closed on 13 July, 4 PM.
    • Mock allotment results are being published from 14 July, 4 PM onward.
    • Candidates can edit their choices after checking the mock result, with the edit window open from 14 July, 4 PM to 16 July, 11 AM.

    Steps to Check Mock Allotment Result

    1. Visit the official COMEDK website, comedk.org.
    2. Log in using the registered Application Number and password.
    3. Navigate to the Counselling 2026 section.
    4. Click on the mock allotment result link.
    5. Review the allotted college and branch based on preferences filled.
    6. Use the edit window to revise choices if required before Round 1 final allotment.

    Important Note

    Candidates are strongly advised to carefully analyze their mock allotment result and use the edit window to refine their preference list. This step is crucial, as choices finalized after the edit window will be considered for the actual Round 1 seat allotment.
