Bihar: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) lowered the cut-off percentile for NEET PG 2024 on February 25, 2025 and the authority begins the NEET PG Counselling Fresh Online Registration for the Special Stray Vacancy Round 2024.

Who Can Apply?
- Candidates who do not fill out the application form earlier.
- Candidates who have already submitted their application form for PGMAC-2024 vide Adv. No. BCECEB(PGMAC)-2024/01 & 2024/02 dated 03.11.2024 and 2024/11 & 2024/12 dated 08.01.2025
- Candidates who score in the 5th percentile or above in every category.
Who Can Not Apply?
- Candidate who already got admitted to a PG medical seat through PGMAC-2024 Round 1, 2, 3, or Stray Vacancy Round
- Got admission through AIQ (All India Quota) in NEET PG 2024 Round 1, 2, 3, or Stray Vacancy/Special Stray Vacancy Round
- Candidates who fall under any other ineligible category mentioned in previous counselling notices cannot apply.
Therefore, the candidates who fulfill the above-mentioned eligibility criteria must submit the registration fee before the deadline to participate in the special stray vacancy round.
