The National Testing Agency (NTA) had asked candidates to confirm or update their bank account details for the refund of the NEET UG 2026 examination fee. The exam, originally scheduled to be held in May 2026, was cancelled, and NTA committed to refunding the fee to all candidates. Over 10 lakh candidates have already completed this step and received their refunds. Since a large number of students are yet to update their bank details, NTA reopened the refund portal to ensure every eligible candidate receives their money without delay.
