The National Testing Agency (NTA) has successfully concluded the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) 2026. The examination was held from May 11 to May 31 and June 6–7, 2026, across 321 cities in India and abroad.
Exam at a Glance
A total of 15,68,867 unique candidates registered for the examination, which was conducted across 868 centres in India and 15 international centres in cities including Dubai, Singapore, Washington, Riyadh and Kathmandu, among others.
The test was held over 19 days in 35 shifts, with 332 question papers and 18,160 questions administered. A total of 996 question papers were delivered in multiple languages.
Subjects and Languages
CUET UG 2026 offered 37 subjects, 13 languages, 23 domain-specific subjects and one General Aptitude Test (GAT). Each candidate could choose up to five subjects. Question papers were available in 13 languages: English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.
