Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for BSc Nursing and BSc Nursing (Post-Basic) are as follows:

BSc Nursing (4 Years)

• Girls only
• Passed Class 12 with at least 45% in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English
• SC/ST/OBC: Minimum 40%
• Age: 17–35 years (as of Sept 1, 2025)
• Class 12 students in 2025 can also apply

BSc Nursing (Post-Basic)

• Open to male and female candidates
• Must have passed Class 12 and completed GNM with 50% marks
• Must be a registered nurse and midwife
• Age limit: up to 45 years (born on or after Sept 1, 1980)

Here’s the Steps to Apply for BSc Nursing at PGIMER:

1. Visit Website: Go to the official PGIMER website.
2. Find the Form: Look for the BSc Nursing application link under “Information for Candidates” and click on it.
3. Register as New User: Click on “New User Registration” then enter your email, mobile number and create a password.
4. Fill the Application Form: Log in using your details and fill in your personal, academic and contact information.
5. Upload Documents: Upload scanned copies of your photo, signature and required certificates.
