Eligibility Criteria

| B.Sc Nursing | Candidates seeking admission must have completed HS/PUC/12th Standard/+2 or Intermediate from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) as subjects and secured an aggregate of at least 45% marks. Applicants must be medically fit and should have completed 17 years of age on or before December 31 of the year of admission. Selection is based on merit in the entrance examination conducted by the university or competent authority. The B.Sc. Nursing course is four years in duration, including 24 weeks of clinical training as part of the programme. |
| GNM | Candidates must be physically and mentally fit. Candidates aged between 17 and 35 are eligible for admission to GNM nursing courses. Candidates from any stream are eligible for the GNM course (General Nursing and Midwifery). Candidates who have completed their ANM vocational course are eligible to join GNM nursing courses. Registration with the State Nursing Registration Council as an ANM is required. Admission is available only once a year. A minimum aggregate of 40% marks in 12th / PUC / HS / +2 Standard, including English and three main subjects (with exception of language), is mandatory. |
