NEET PG 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must ensure that they fulfill the NEET PG eligibility criteria. The key requirements for the NEET PG 2025 exam are as follows.
- Candidates must hold an MBBS degree or a Provisional MBBS Pass Certificate recognized under the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956.
- Applicants should have a valid MBBS qualification registration (permanent or provisional) issued by the National Medical Commission or a State Medical Council (SMC).
- Completion of a one-year internship on or before 31 July 2025 is mandatory.
- There is no age limit for appearing in NEET PG 2025.
Indian citizens or overseas citizens of India with medical degrees from foreign colleges must pass the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) as per the 2002 regulations. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences conducts this test. They must also register with the NMC, the former Medical Council of India, or the State Medical Council. Additionally, they should have completed their internship or be on track to complete it.

NEET PG: How To Apply
- Visit the official website, nbe.edu.in, and select “NEET PG”
- Click on “New Registration.”
- Enter the details such as name, date of birth, email ID, mobile number, captcha, etc.
- Click on “Submit”
- A user ID and password will be created and sent to the registered email ID and mobile number
- Log in again in the application login zone
- Fill in personal, qualification, and centre details in the application form
- Upload documents as per the size and format
- Pay the online application fee to complete the application process
- Take out a printout of the filled application form
NEET PG Syllabus 2025
The NEET PG 2025 syllabus covers topics from the MBBS curriculum and includes three sections: Clinical, Pre-Clinical, and Para-Clinical. The National Board of Examinations (NBE) has not released a detailed syllabus for NEET PG 2025.
