This round is only for candidates who registered for the Institute Level Round and submitted fresh college choices. Earlier-round preferences were not carried forward, so candidates who skipped the fresh choice filling will not appear in this list.

Reporting Window
Candidates who get a seat in Round 4 must report to the allotted institute and complete document verification between October 1 and 4, 2026. Reporting after the window closes may put the seat at risk.
