The Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) will start offline registration for Balvatika 2 and Class 2 on April 2. As per the KVS admission schedule 2025, the last date for registration is April 11, depending on seat availability.
KVS had completed the online registration for Balvatika 1, Balvatika 3 and Class 1 in March itself. The organisation announced the Class 1 lottery results on March 27 and released the first provisional admission list for Balvatika 1 and 3. Applicants can check KVS Admission 2025 allotment status by visiting the official website balvatika.kvs.gov.in. KVS will publish the second provisional list for Balvatika 1 and 3 on April 2.
According to the official notification, if the online registration process does not receive enough applications for Balvatika 1, Balvatika 3 and Class 1 under RTE, SC, ST and OBC (NCL) categories, KVS will release a second notification for offline registration on April 7. Registration for these categories will be open from April 8 to April 14. KVS will display the final admission list from April 23 to April 28.
Allotment and Admission Dates
KVS will publish the first provisional list for Balvatika-2 and Class 2 onwards admissions on April 17. The admission process will run from April 18 to April 21. The last date for KVS admissions to all classes except Class 11 is June 30.
However, if seats remain vacant, the deputy commissioner can approve admissions till July 31. As per the official notice, the prescribed number of 40 students in each class has to be followed.

KVS Class 11 Admission 2025
KVS will start registration for Class 11 within ten days of the declaration of CBSE Class 10 results. The admission list for KV students will be released within 20 days of the results. Non-KV students can apply for admission to Class 11 only after KVS accommodates all KV students, provided seats are vacant. The final deadline for admission to Class 11 is 30 days from the declaration of CBSE Class 10 results.
