IIM Lucknow Grants Degrees to 811 Graduates at 39th Convocation Ceremony

811 graduates received degrees at the 39th Convocation of IIM Lucknow on March 31, 2025, with motivational speeches by N Chandrasekaran, Professor Archana Shukla and Dr Devi Prasad Shetty.

The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) celebrated its 39th convocation on March 31, 2025, conferring degrees to 811 students in various management programmes. N Chandrasekaran, Chairman, Board of Governors, IIM Lucknow and Professor Archana Shukla, Director, IIM Lucknow, conferred degrees to the graduates. Dr Devi Prasad Shetty, Founder and Chairman, Narayana Health graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and delivered the convocation address.

    Graduating Cohort: A Diverse Group of Future Leaders

    The 39th convocation saw a diverse and accomplished group of students graduating from various management programmes. A total of 811 students received their degrees, representing a wide range of programmes offered by the institute. The details of the graduating groups are as follows:

    • 501 students graduated from the Post Graduate Programme in Management (MBA).
    • 67 students completed the Post Graduate Programme in Agri-Business Management (MBA-ABM).
    • 21 students earned their degrees in the Doctoral Programme in Management (Ph.D.).
    • 5 students graduated from the Executive Fellow Programme in Management (Ph.D.).
    • 44 students finished the Post Graduate Programme in Sustainable Management (MBA-SM).
    • 110 students completed the International Programme in Management for Executives (IPMX).
    • 63 students graduated from the Post-Graduate Programme in Management for Working Executives (PGPWE).

    Outstanding Award Winners: Honoring Excellence

    The convocation highlighted outstanding achievements by awarding medals to the top performers across various programs. Here are the recipients of the prestigious medals:

    Post Graduate Programme in Management (MBA):

    • Yogya Mittal received the Chairman’s Gold Medal.
    • Manasi Parakh earned the Director’s Medal.
    • Potabattula Sridivya was awarded the Chairman’s Medal.
    • Arpita Rathi received the Hari Shankar Singhania Medal for Best All-Rounder.

    Post Graduate Programme in Sustainable Management (MBA-SM):

    • Kumar Ankur earned the Chairman’s Gold Medal.

    International Programme in Management for Executives (IPMX):

    • Nitin Kumar Jain received the Chairman’s Gold Medal.
    • Hasthavaram Sesha Reddy earned the Director’s Medal.

    Post-Graduate Programme in Management for Working Executives (PGPWE):

    • Mandeep Singh Singroha was awarded the Chairman’s Gold Medal.

    Dr. Devi Prasad Shetty’s Keynote: Driving Innovation and Efficiency in Healthcare
