ICSI CS June 2025 Registration Opens With Late Fee; Exam Scheduled From June 1

ICSI has started the registration for CS June 2025 exam with late fee, which will run from June 1 to 10.

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will start accepting ICSI CS June 2025 applications with late fees from today, March 26. Candidates who missed the initial deadline can now submit their application forms for CS Executive or CS Professional programmes through the official website icsi.edu or the SMASH portal.

    The ICSI CS June 2025 exam will be held from June 1 to June 10, 2025, from 9 am to 12:15 pm. Candidates can choose to take the exam in English or Hindi by following the prescribed guidelines.

    To appear for the CS exam, candidates enrolled in the Executive Programme will have to complete the online pre-examination test and one-day orientation programme (ODOP). Candidates enrolled in the Professional Programme will have to pass the online re-examination test.

    Application Fee

    The application fee details are given in the table below:

    Candidates who wish to change their exam centre, module, medium or optional subject will have to pay ₹250 for each change. As per the official notification, they will also have to pay a service fee of ₹250 in addition to the exam fee. Candidates appearing for the exam from a foreign centre in Dubai will have to pay a surcharge of USD 100 or its equivalent in Indian rupees.

    Cancellation Window Open Till May 1

    ICSI has announced that candidates who scored 60% or above in the December 2024 examinations will automatically receive paper-wise exemptions for the CS June 2025 session. Students who do not want to avail of this exemption can submit a cancellation request.

    Candidates must apply for exemption cancellation or resubmit documents for exemption approval by May 1, 2025, at 4 PM. They can submit their exemption cancellation requests through the SMASH portal.
