GGSIPU LLB Seat Matrix 2026: Check College-wise Vacant Seats

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has published the seat matrix for the Bachelor of Law (LLB), Programme Code 238, across its affiliated law colleges. The list gives candidates a clear picture of how many seats remain vacant in each category, along with the last rank allotted so far, helping applicants gauge their admission chances in the ongoing counselling process.

    The seat matrix covers four institutions: Chanderprabhu Jain College of Higher Studies and School of Law (CPJCHS), Gitarattan International Business School (GIBS), University School of Law and Legal Studies (USLLS), and Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies – Technical Campus (VIPS). Seats are distributed across Delhi (D) and Outside Delhi (OD) regions, and further split by category, including General (GEN), SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and sub-categories for Defence (DEF) and Persons with Disability (PH).

    Chanderprabhu Jain College of Higher Studies and School of Law (CPJCHS)

    Out of a total of 54 seats, 18 remain vacant. The Delhi General category has the largest share with 34 seats, of which 4 are still vacant, with the last rank allotted standing at 583. The Delhi SC category has 8 seats, all currently vacant. Outside Delhi has 6 General seats with a last allotted rank of 294, along with 1 SC and 1 ST seat still open.

    Gitarattan International Business School (GIBS)

    GIBS also has a total of 54 seats, with 14 remaining vacant. The Delhi General category holds 34 seats, all of which have been filled, with the last rank allotted at 192. The Delhi SC category has 8 seats, all vacant. In the Outside Delhi region, 7 General seats are available with 1 remaining and a last allotted rank of 155, while 1 SC seat remains vacant.

    University School of Law and Legal Studies (USLLS)

    USLLS has a larger allocation of 58 seats, with 12 vacant. The Delhi OBC category has 11 seats, with 1 vacant and a last allotted rank of 592. The Delhi SC category has 7 seats, 3 of which remain vacant, with the last rank at 494. The Delhi General category has 18 seats, all filled, with the last rank reaching 34. The Delhi ST category shows 4 vacant seats out of 4. Outside Delhi has 6 General seats with the last rank at 84, and 1 EWS seat filled with the last rank at 14.

    Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies – Technical Campus (VIPS)

    VIPS has 27 total seats, with only 1 remaining vacant. The Delhi General category has 17 seats, all filled, with the last allotted rank at 74. The Delhi SC category has 4 seats, all filled, with the last rank at 558. Outside Delhi has 3 General seats filled with a last rank of 96, and 1 SC seat filled with a last rank of 356. Only 1 GPH seat in the Delhi region remains vacant.

    3. Shortlist colleges where your rank falls within or below the last allotted rank, or where seats remain vacant.
    4. Keep checking the GGSIPU admission portal, as the seat matrix updates after every counselling round.
    5. Report for counselling as per your allotted schedule, carrying all required original documents.
