CBSE Board Exam 2025: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has successfully conducted the Class 10 Science board exam on February 20,2025. The exam timing from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM across various centers all over India. According to students and experts it was a difficult paper for the students.

Students must carry their CBSE admit card 2025 and school ID to appear for the board exam. Theory exam of science is held for 80 marks and remaining 20 marks assessed through internal evaluation. The CBSE Class 10 board exam syllabus for 2025 remains unchanged.

Passing marks of CBSE class 10 Board exam

Students need at least 33% marks in each theory subject to pass the Class 10 board exams. Also, they must score at least 33% in practical, internal assessments and projects. Overall when theory and practical marks are combined students must get a minimum of 33% to pass the exams.

But, some fake news spread all over internet and CBSE board assure that this situation is closely monitoring and they are taking action against those spreading false information for paper leak because this news is totally baseless.

CBSE has requested parents to guide their children not to trust or share unverified information. So that students will not get panic. Always check official website for any issue.

The board also advice students, parents, and schools to follow only official updates from CBSE’s website i.e. www.cbse.gov.in and verified sources for correct information.

Legal Action Against Those Spreading Misinformation

CBSE has issued a strict warning will be taken against those spreading fake news, which are totally baseless. The board is working closely with law enforcement to identify those who are spreading fake news. Anyone found guilty of spreading false information including students will face punishment under CBSE’s Unfair Means (UFM) regulations and may also face legal action under the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

According to CBSE rules, sharing or posting any exam-related content on social media is a serious crime which CBSE will not tolerate at any cost. Students caught doing this may face strict punishment, also CBSE will cancel their current exam and a ban from appearing in all subjects for the next three years.
