Preference will be given to candidates working in ongoing sponsored projects in the Institute. 2. Essential Qualification: a. M. Pharm/ M.S. (Pharm.) with a minimum of 60% aggregate in the relevant field of specialization. Based on a number of applications, the department may increase the cut-off. b. Candidates with GATE/GPAT/CSIR-NET or equivalent examination will be preferred in case of full-time applications. c. Part-time applicants should be working in an industry for at least one year at the time of application. Those who are working in academic positions need not apply. 3. Scholarship/assistantship available for full-time students: (a) Institute Assistantship: Full-time PhD students admitted into the PhD programme are eligible to be considered for an Institute fellowship of Rs. 28,000/- or 31,000/- per month as per intake qualifications. Consideration for the fellowship will be as per Institute norms. It will be obligatory on the part of every admitted full-time student to undertake 8 to 10 hours (per week) of work as assigned to him/her by the institute. (b) Project position(s): Nil |
