How to Apply for KLEE 2026
- Visit the official portal: cee.kerala.gov.in
- Click on the KLEE 2026 registration link for your respective programme (3-year LLB / 5-year LLB / LLM)
- Complete new candidate registration with a valid email ID and mobile number
- Fill in personal and academic details
- Upload scanned photograph and signature (as per specified size and format)
- Upload supporting certificates, if applicable
- Pay the application fee online (Internet banking/credit card/debit card)
- Submit the form and save a printout of the acknowledgement page
Eligibility – Key Points
- Candidates must be graduates from any faculty (Arts, Science, Commerce, etc.) from a university in Kerala or a university recognised by the affiliating Kerala universities or the Bar Council of India
- Candidates from any state can apply; however, only candidates of Kerala origin are eligible for reservation benefits and fee concessions
Important Notes
- Scanned photograph and signature are compulsory; without both files meeting the exact size and format criteria, the KLEE 2026 application form cannot be submitted
- CEE Kerala will release a list of applicants whose application form or submitted documents have defects – those on the list must correct discrepancies via the Candidate Portal
- Candidates are advised to complete registration well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues
