COMEDK UGET 2026 Counselling Registration Deadline Extended

The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has once again extended the deadline for COMEDK UGET 2026 counselling registration and document upload. Candidates who have not yet completed the counselling process now have another opportunity to register and upload their documents.

    According to the latest official update, the revised deadline for counselling registration is June 12, 2026, until 11:00 AM. Eligible students are advised not to wait until the last minute and should complete all formalities as early as possible to avoid technical issues.

    Who Can Participate?

    Students who have:

    • Qualified the COMEDK UGET 2026 examination,
    • Downloaded their rank cards, and
    • Meet the prescribed eligibility criteria,

    can participate in the online counselling process for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes offered by participating institutions across Karnataka.

    How to Complete COMEDK Counselling Registration 2026

    Candidates can follow these steps:

    1. Visit the official COMEDK website.
    2. Log in using their application number and password.
    3. Click on the counselling registration link.
    4. Pay the counselling registration fee.
    5. Upload all required documents in the prescribed format.
    6. Submit the application and save the confirmation page for future reference.

    Counselling Registration Fee

    Candidates are required to pay a non-refundable counselling registration fee of ₹2,000 through the available online payment modes. Additional convenience charges, if applicable, may be charged by the payment gateway.

    Documents Required for Upload

    Students should keep the following documents ready before beginning the registration process:

    • COMEDK UGET 2026 Rank Card
    • Class 10 Mark Sheet
    • Class 12 Mark Sheet
    • Class 12 Passing Certificate
    • Candidate Photograph
    • Candidate Signature
    • Valid Identity Proof
    • Category Certificate (if applicable)
    • Domicile or other supporting certificates, wherever required

    Only candidates whose documents are successfully verified will be eligible to participate in the subsequent counselling stages.

    What Happens After Registration?

    Once the document verification process is completed, COMEDK will announce the schedule for:

    • Choice filling,
    • Choice locking,
    • Seat allotment rounds,
    • Fee payment, and
    • Reporting to the allotted institute.

    Seat allotment will be conducted based on the candidate’s COMEDK rank, preferences filled during counselling, and seat availability in participating colleges.

    Students who have not yet registered should treat this extension as the final opportunity to secure participation in the COMEDK UGET 2026 admission process.
