Who Can Participate
- Fresh candidates who did not register in Rounds 1 and 2 can register in Round 3.
- Candidates already registered in Rounds 1 and 2 do not need to register again.
- Candidates who were allotted or joined a seat in Round 1 or 2 must give their willingness to upgrade online, or they will not be considered for Round 3.
- Candidates who joined a seat keep the right to that seat. It changes only if they get an upgraded seat in Round 3.
Security Amount
Every participating candidate must pay a security amount online through their login ID:
- Rs. 1,000 for state quota seats in government institutions only.
- Rs. 5,000 for state quota seats along with management quota seats in private institutions.
Candidates who do not pay the security amount will not be eligible for Round 3. It is adjusted against first-year tuition fee after the candidate joins the allotted seat. It is forfeited if a candidate is allotted a seat per their preference but does not join. It is returned to candidates who are not allotted any seat in Round 2 or Round 3.
Important Points for Candidates
- Choices filled in Rounds 1 and 2 are null and void. All candidates must submit fresh choices for Round 3, in order of preference.
- Vacant reserved-category seats will revert to their original category and be filled by merit, for example BC-A to BC-B and finally UR, within Round 3 itself.
- Admissions made by private institutes on their own are invalid and treated as null and void.
- Candidates giving wrong information, or failing to produce the required documents at verification, will have their seat cancelled and the security amount forfeited.

- Log in with your registered credentials.
- Pay the required security amount from your login ID, if applicable.
- Edit your application details, if needed.
- Select courses and institutes in order of preference.
- Lock your choices and save or print the final choice sheet.
Candidates are advised not to wait for the last hour, as heavy traffic on the portal near the deadline can cause delays.
