New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released important guidelines regarding the reporting schedule and mandatory documents for candidates appearing in the NEET UG 2025 examination.
NEET UG 2025 will be conducted in 552 cities across India and 14 cities abroad. Candidates must select their preferred exam city during the application process. The Exam City Intimation Slip was released on April 26, 2025, and the Admit Card can be downloaded from May 1, 2025 onwards.

Candidates are advised to strictly follow the time schedule to avoid any inconvenience. Latecomers will not be permitted inside the exam hall under any circumstances.
Documents Required at NEET UG 2025 Exam Centre:
- NEET UG 2025 Admit Card (with a passport-size photograph pasted)
- Valid Photo ID Proof (any one of the following):
- Aadhaar Card
- PAN Card
- Passport
- Voter ID
- Driving License
- Postcard-Size Photograph (4” x 6” size, preferably the same as uploaded in the application form)
Candidates must ensure that all documents are original and valid. Entry into the examination centre without the proper documents will be strictly prohibited.
