The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has released the provisional answer key for the JEE Advanced 2025 exam. Candidates can now download the answer key in PDF format from the official website jeeadv.ac.in. There is no need to log in to access the answer key.
Raise Objections by May 27
If candidates find any discrepancies in the provisional answer key, they can submit objections online by paying the required fee and uploading supporting documents. The objection window will remain open until May 27, 2025, as mentioned on the official website.
Estimate Your Score
Candidates can use the provisional answer key along with their response sheets (released on May 22) to calculate their expected scores. To do this, they should:
- Add marks for all correct answers
- Subtract marks for incorrect answers (as per negative marking rules)
Final Answer Key and Result on June 2
IIT Kanpur will release the final answer key on June 2, 2025, after reviewing all objections. The institute will also declare the JEE Advanced 2025 result on the same day, based on the final answer key.

- Log in using your application number and password
- Select the question(s) you want to challenge
- Pay the objection fee and download the confirmation page
