CUET UG 2025 New Website Announced cuet.nta.nic.in; Application Form to begin soon

The National Testing Agency (NTA) launched a new website for CUET UG 2025, with the application form and exam schedule to be announced soon.

New Delhi: New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has launched a dedicated website for the Common University Entrance Test Undergraduate (CUET UG) at cuet.nta.nic.in. The NTA is expected to release the CUET UG 2025 application form shortly.

The agency will soon announce the schedule for CUET UG 2025, which facilitates admission to central, state, private, and deemed universities across India. Candidates interested in applying for the entrance test can access the application form on the official websites, exams.nta.ac.in and cuet.nta.nic.in.

Last year, Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan confirmed that the CUET 2025 will be conducted once a year in a computer-based test (CBT) mode.

The NTA has yet to announce the CUET UG 2025 exam date. In 2024, the entrance exam was conducted in a pen-and-paper format from May 15 to 18, followed by an online mode from May 21 to 24. Candidates can appear for a maximum of five subjects, with each subject’s exam lasting one hour.

The CUET UG 2025 will cover 23 subjects in 13 languages, with 46 universities participating, including Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), University of Delhi, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), and others.

Changes in CUET UG 2025 Syllabus

The syllabus for CUET UG 2025 will include revisions, as the University Grants Commission (UGC) has dropped certain papers. The removed subjects are ‘Entrepreneurship,’ ‘Teaching Aptitude,’ ‘Fashion Studies,’ ‘Tourism,’ ‘Legal Studies,’ and ‘Engineering Graphics.’ Admissions for these discontinued programs will now be based on performance in the general aptitude test.
