Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has extended the last date to fill the online application form for its newly introduced Para Medical and Medical programmes for the academic session 2026-27. As per the official notification (No. 25/2026, dated 01.06.2026), students can now apply till 07 June 2026 (11:59 PM).
Why Has the Deadline Been Extended?
GGSIPU had earlier notified the introduction of these new programmes via Notification No. 17/2026 (dated 30.04.2026) and had opened online registrations through Notification No. 18/2026 (dated 08.05.2026). To give more students the opportunity to apply, the university has now pushed the last date forward to 07 June 2026.
Programmes Open for Admission 2026-27
Students can apply for the following six new courses:
- Bachelor in Clinical Psychology (B. Clin. Psy) – Code 163
- Bachelor of Science in Emergency Medical & Trauma Technology (B.Sc. EMTT) – Code 164
- Epidemic Intelligence Service (EIS) / Master in Applied Epidemiology – Code 165
- Master in Clinical Psychology (M. Clin. Psy) – Code 166
- Post Graduate Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology (PGDRP) – Code 167
- Bachelor of Optometry – Code 169

How to Apply
- Visit the official admissions portal: www.ipu.admissions.nic.in
- Register with your mobile number and email ID
- Fill in the online application form for your chosen programme
- Upload required documents (photo, signature, certificates)
- Pay the application fee online
- Submit and save a printout of the confirmation page
Important Note for Students
GGSIPU has advised all students to regularly check www.ipu.ac.in and www.ipu.admissions.nic.in for counselling schedule updates. If you are interested in clinical psychology, emergency medicine, epidemiology, rehabilitation or optometry, this is your chance to secure a seat in a Delhi state university. Do not miss the revised last date of 07 June 2026.
