Procedure for submission of online application form for the determination of merit position for competent quota seats

Keep the following documents required for filling out the online application:
- SSC or equivalent examination showing the Date of Birth
- Memorandum of marks of qualifying examination in Intermediate or Equivalent examination and GNM Marks Memos
- Transfer certificate
- Study Certificate(s) from 6th class to Intermediate.
- In case candidates studied in institutions outside the state of Andhra
- Pradesh, a residence certificate of the candidate or either of the parents issued by MRO / Tahsildar. (excluding study period outside the state) for years (years of period to be specified).
- In case candidates claiming eligibility for reservation under Special categories should furnish the required certificate in support of their claim
- Permanent Caste Certificate (Integrated Community Certificate) claiming reservation under BC/SC/ST Categories issued by an Officer prescribed.
- In case of claiming fee exemption, the Parent must provide the latest Income certificate issued by MRO / Tahsildar or a white ration card.

University Fee
All the selected candidates shall pay the fee of Rs. 5500/- when downloading the allotment order online. University fees, once paid, shall not be refunded under any circumstances. All the selected candidates must pay the fee and other constituent fees, special fees and caution money deposits at the rates laid down for the purpose occasionally.
For Post Basic Nursing Course
Tuition Fee: For Govt. Colleges, fees are fixed by the Government of Andhra Pradesh.
The Tuition fee in unaided private colleges is as per G.O.Ms.No.159, H.M & F.W (C1) Dept.,
University Fee: All the selected candidates shall pay the non-refundable fee
