The Haryana BSc Nursing counselling 2026 Round 2 document verification begins tomorrow, October 17. Pt. B.D. Sharma UHS, Rohtak has issued the physical verification schedule for candidates who received a seat in Round 2 and paid the provisional tuition fee. Verification will run for eight days at the university campus, and the schedule covers nursing, physiotherapy and allied and healthcare courses for the 2026-27 session.

Who Must Appear for Verification
Candidates in these groups must appear before the admission committee, provided they paid the provisional tuition fee for their Round 2 seat:
- Candidates who were allotted a seat in Round 2
- Candidates who were upgraded to a new seat in Round 2
The tuition fee must be paid online through the admission web portal only.
Who Does Not Need to Appear
Candidates whose college, course and category did not change in Round 2 do not need to appear before the admission committee again.

The schedule applies to the following courses:
- B.Sc. Nursing
- Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
- M.Sc. Nursing
- Nurse Practitioner Critical Care Programme (NPCC)
- MPT
- BPT and allied and healthcare courses
Verification dates and reporting times differ by course and category. Most groups report at 8:30 AM, and some categories have later slots. Verification is not held on the Dussehra holiday, as per the schedule.
Documents to Carry
Candidates must appear in person with all their relevant original documents, along with two sets of photocopies. The full list of required documents is given in the public notice dated September 16, 2026, on the counselling portal. Candidates should read it before they leave for Rohtak.
How to Complete Round 2 Document Verification
- Pay the provisional tuition fee online through the admission web portal by 5:00 PM on October 16.
- Visit uhsrcetadmissions.in and open the Round 2 physical document verification schedule under Notifications.
- Find the date and reporting time for your course and category.
- Pack all original documents and two sets of photocopies.
- Reach Sushruta Auditorium, Pt. B.D. Sharma UHS, Rohtak, at your reporting time.
- Present your documents to the admission committee for verification.
- Join your allotted institute by the last date of joining given in the notice (up to 4:00 PM).
What Happens If a Candidate Does Not Appear
Candidates who do not appear in person with their original documents will not have their candidature considered. Candidates should also check the website, SMS and email regularly for updates from the university.
