What Is the TS LAWCET Spot Round?

The spot round fills vacant, leftover and cancelled seats in private unaided law colleges in Telangana. It is the last stage after the regular counselling phases are over. Admissions are held at the institution level, so each college runs its own registration and admission process.

    Schedule

    • October 3, 2026: Display of college-wise vacancies
    • On or before October 5, 2026: Colleges issue spot admission notifications
    • From October 6, 2026: Registration through individual college links

    Who Can Participate?

Candidates who are already registered and eligible under the Convener Quota can directly take part in spot registration. Only eligible candidates will be allowed to participate. Applicants who have not completed certificate verification should finish document upload and verification before registering.

How to Register for the Spot Round

    1. Check the college-wise vacancy list published on October 3.
    2. Shortlist colleges that still have seats in your preferred course.
    3. Read each college’s spot admission notice, issued by October 5, for its eligibility conditions, fee and required documents.
    4. Open the registration link given by the college from October 6 onwards.
    5. Complete registration and submit documents as that college directs.

    Important Points for Candidates

    • There is no single central portal for the spot round. Candidates must register with each college separately.
    • Procedures and last dates may differ from one college to another, so read every notice carefully.
    • Candidates should rely only on official notices from the counselling authority and the colleges, and treat dates shared without an official source as unconfirmed.
